Called CarQuest they couldn't find that part either BUT the woman on the phone encouraged me to bring in the truck to match something up.
Always a good experience at this shop. Full service including machine shop. Order online, use coupons, pick up in the store, save boat loads on parts! I find myself often comparing prices with rockauto when shopping here and two out of three times, they have better parts for a better deal.
Really grateful for the service here! I couldn't find a cap for this odd make online, so she really saved my butt AND saved the North Fork Valley from being polluted by spilled diesel fuel.

Needed a new fuel tank cap for a Hino 268 box truck. Mine had a hole in it.
I got over there with the truck, put on my rubbery gloves and removed the old cap from the diesel tank. Brought it in and the woman behind the counter took it from me, measured the length of the chain anchor and diameters of the cap, got into her parts/spec catalogs, and found a PERFECT match for me!
