Dr. Bules and his office is the worst ever. Dr. Bules just stops giving your medication prescriptions if you owe the doctor's office $50.00. I have Asthma and had to go to the emergency room because Dr. Bules refused to ok my prescription. I am also on Antidepressants and when I don't ween off the medication it makes my head spin.
They do not keep track of other patients records. They mailed someone else records to my house. HIPPA REGULATION!!!
