Went to ship a package to a customer. My customer was to call and give them the shipping information. My customer did not get back to the store quickly and left the box sitting at the UPS store. I had given the UPS attendant my contact information in case they had any problems they could call me and I would help sort any difficulties out. Instead of contacting me they held onto this said shipment for what they claim was a week then proceeded to be rude to my client about how they are not a storage unit and so on. I was mortified when my client told me this for I am local and could have sorted this out for the UPS store and they had my contact information the entire time in case of problems. This stores choice to hold the box then get nasty about it with my client was unprofessional and rude and almost cost me a customer. Not thrilled with their service at all. Will try to ship through them again because it saves me money not to drive to a different town to ship but I am apprehensive.
