Super friendly, even though I was just buying one small bouquet they took extra time to chat with me and find out what my wife would really like.
SUCH A RUDE LADY! No character whatsoever. Isn't helpful at all when it comes to creating your boquet. My boyfriend received real horrible customer service. Didn't take the time to listen and help him describe what he was looking for. It's already hard enough to order through the phone when your not in the store and this lady gave him a bad experience. Never going there again. This place might not last due to horrible service!!
Wow.... unbelievably curt and rude when calling about the possibility of a flora delivery 12/24/16. The female who answered the phone denied what was posted on their website inquiry results and laughed at my inquiry. Who does that?
Apparently they think it's ok to enter your home without your permission (illegally) to deliver the flowers and then be offended if you complain. The delivery person (apparently the husband) rang our doorbell and when no one answered tried the door, entered and left the flowers on our dining room table. Not welcome at our home any more.
Barbra has always done my flowers for years. I've been in the wedding cake business for 17 years and always refer my brides to her. I am a business owner so when a client passes or relative i use her for funerals. She always treats me good and i have never had a bad product come out of her floral shop. She has always been so kind and helpful and I've never had anyone complain. If i have something come up and im not prepared she always squeezes me in so i can get some beautiful flowers from her. I would refer her to anybody looking to order.
