I spoke with Glenn over the phone a few times and he is the nicest most helpful salesperson I have ever dealt with. He answered all my dumb questions and was very knowledgeable. Even though the trailer I was looking at didn't suit my needs, and I did not buy from them, I would highly recommend them! Their prices were right and they were very helpful. Would have been worth the drive from Grand Junction, CO for me!
Glenn was very helpful when I contacted him trying to find the model of Big Tex trailer i was looking for. From first contact to when i towed it home everything went smoothly. I have been using a Texas Pride dump trailer for the last 8 years and could not be happier with my new purchase. All of the added features with the Big Tex make it a great investment and definitely worth a couple Grand more than the cheaper trailers in the long run.
