I just sent this to Aaron's customer service! I doubt it will do any good.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR RENT ANOTHER ITEM FROM YOUR STORE AGAIN! I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND HAVE BOUGHT FURNITURE AND OTHER ITEMS FROM YOU BUT NOT ANYMORE! YOUR STORE IN DELTA DID NOT HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO CALL ME TODAY TO LET ME KNOW THAT THE TABLET I HAD ORDERED WAS NOT GOING TO BE DELIVERED BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT REACH MY REFERENCES. I CALLED YESTERDAY TO SEE WHEN IT WOULD BE DELIVERED AND THEY TOLD SOME TIME THIS AFTERNOON. I GOT OFF A 12 HOUR NIGHT SHIFT TODAY AND WOKE UP EARLY ANTICIPATING THEM TO DELIVER IT. I GUESS A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER IS CRAP TO YOU PEOPLE! WELL I GUESS I'LL JUST GO BACK TO RENT A CENTER TO DO MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON OR SINCE I DO MAKE GOOD MONEY JUST BUY ONE OUTRIGHT!
We bought a mattress from them and they gave us bed bugs.when I told them they were rude and just plain aful.dont lease anything from them.

These people are an absolute joke. Absolutely no professionalism. This store is an embarrassment and these people would figure out a way to bend a crowbar in a sandbox. I think Dan must have water on his brain and has no clue what's going on or what he's doing. These people should work in the circus and not at some low budget used furniture store....
