Waited two weeks for bid when I went to the Delta office they forgot about us completely. They gave me an estimate in the office while I waited that was thousands over what we had someone else do it for. Won't ever consider them for any fence needs.
We didn't even get far enough in the process to buy a fence. We got a quote on a Thursday (which they were an hour late for and we had to be home from work for, so lost work on this end). We were told the quote would be emailed to us no later than Monday followed up with a phone call shortly after. It is now Friday the following week, and we finally called them and no one there new anything about it. Don't waste your time with this company, they clearly have better things to do than run a business.
Very poor quality. Every gate is bad. They overcharged on the estimate. Buyer beware!
