Phil Hebrew, the owner, horologist, and watchmaker, is trust worthy and professional. I've have many antique mechanical watches repaired and even mental and wall clocks. It is tough to find a master craftsman these days and McKnight's is well worth driving several hours for the service and perfection.
Great experience here. Friendly and helpful staff held an engagement ring for me and got it sized the same day I purchased it (went in in the morning and it was ready in the early-mid afternoon). Prices are also good for what they offer (in terms of rings at least, since that's all I looked at).
