Everyone should eat here
Food is always great. However depending on who the manager is for the night decides if you get to have a side of Alfredo sauce or not. Excuse is we don't have a button for that. When the last order I placed I our no problem
I ordered online paid for an extra marinara for feta spinach bread and ordered and paid for ranch for jalapeno chicken, I did not receive either. Not happy u taking my money and did not giveme what I ordered and paid for!
They also forgot our soda.
We drove from Olathe to pick up a carry out order only to find when we arrived home the pizzas were over cooked and the crust was a tough mess. Edges burned and not that appetizing. Never had this problem at any other locations.
They're under a new GM and Owner. I am the General Manager. If you ever have any problems. You can contact me. I will make sure you are taken care of. I want to make sure you walk out satisfied.
EDIT: To add insult to injury we paid with a gift card and the person gave us back an empty one. We only found out today after we tried to use the card at another location. We had 30$ left on the card. I'm fuming mad right now. NEVER again at this location.
