All of our needs were met and the staff, was very friendly.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Riverwood Inn. Our room was equipped with appliances, cookware, and utensils which I liked because we enjoyed our cooked meals. The walks on the grounds and along the Gunnison River were pleasant and relaxing, as well as sitting outside in our lawn chairs/blanket.
Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was a little scant, but decent. We bring our own most times, anyway. Would definitely stay here again.
Called about an emergency with a guest staying there. They picked up the phone, left it while I said "hello, hello" and no answer. Called back and they left it off the hook, while I screamed "please answer. It's an emergency. It involves one of your tenants. Please." (Multiple times). When I called back they just left the phone off the hook. Maybe a fine place to stay unless anything happens to your family...
Sweet, quaint, and comfortable. Overlooking the Gunnison River, this small hotel with about 12 rooms has just what you need for a comfortable overnight stop, or as in our case, an annual weeklong trip. Located within 2 hours of almost everything awesome to do in this neck of the woods. Family owned and operated. The RV park is also a family favorite for those who bring their rigs. The RV park has a lovely private road along the river that is closed off except by pedestrians. Lovely fishing holes or fish from the bank of the river. Walk the dog, daydream... This is our annual vacation spot for getting our nature time in!

Primarily full-timers in older fifth wheels and travel trailers. Now that I think about it, it appears we may be the only transients the park. 30 and 50 amp service, water, and sewage all work perfect. We got a pull through lot that did not require us to unhook the toad. Not convinced your wife and kids will enjoy it, though, not a bad place to spend the night or two. 5 minutes from downtown Delta, and a great place to run your dogs beside the river behind the property. Owners and managers are very friendly, as are all of the park residents.
