Saw website I was interested in renting two 10x20 storage units; plus their website said you get a free truck rental if you rent a storage unit. I called and a guy answered hello, not allsafe storage can I help you, just hello. I got confused I said is this the storage place? He says yeah. I said who can I talk to about renting a storage unit? He says well... you can talk to me. I said that's okay you're not very nice. Customer service goes a long way people but it seems like you really don't want or need the money business so I went elsewhere. thanks anyway.
People are great, prices are decent, location is PERFECT! I couldn't be happier.
