I've always had very good responses from the city folks. Helpful, polite and address my concerns. The people at the main desk are informative, the various departments like streets and trash removal have done exactly what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. The rec center is terrific and the golf course, one of the best in the state. For a small town with a small budget, I think they do a great job. Looking forward to the flowers on Main Street.
The people who run this operation really suck. Attitudes. no cooperation slouches. Act like your bothering them when you go into pay your utilities. These people must not think that you pay their wages. They are rude and short on the phone. Send your payments by mail so you don't have to be subject to these people.
