Terrible. The lady was very unpleasant in giving me the information I needed. Awful customer service. Will avoid going back to this DLD in the future as much as possible.
The people who run this office are grumpy, no sense of humor asses. If you dislike your jobs or working with people you need to CHANGE jobs. Get a life or get laid. You know people are nervous enough coming in and taking written tests, They don't need your crap on top of that. By the time you leave from dealing with these people you just wanna shoot yourself. Frustrated. I guess they feel that they and their department are necessities (which they are) that they can treat you like crap. I went in to get my CDL permit and could not believe that they only had one computer for all testing, The noise from other patrons was a huge distraction (bellowing, laughing) beings that you are in the same 12 X 12 room and people are stacked up in the hall. You don't need a sound proof chamber, but come on lets have some courtesy for the testers. Don't bother calling the phone number in the book, They never answer. I called them for 4 days, finally got pissed off and call Denver and that guy was an ass also.....Acted like I should know their phone system.
Matt was very helpful and kind. The woman working with him, not so much. Thank goodness Matt assisted me upon my second visit. He did a lovely job of getting things sorted out in a friendly, timely manner.

this is the worst place on the planet. an hour and a half lunch? really? and only one person working, so the wait is horrendous. the rudest woman i've ever encountered. what a joke!
